3.  **Carrier Responsibility:** Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon our transfer to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by the carrier once the product is in their possession.
4.  **International Orders:** International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees. International delivery times vary and are beyond our control.
5.  **Force Majeure:** We are not liable for failures or delays due to causes beyond our reasonable control (e.g., acts of God, war, strikes, carrier failures, supply chain disruptions).
